  Leopold is a king of an imaginary Kingdom of Belgium. Lately he managed to develop a skill that allowed him to mind controll Steve's snake-pandas, which made him his nemesis. Although the Kingdom of Belgium is imaginary, he somehow manged to build up an immense wealth.

  Frank is a twin brother to Steve. He is the good twin. He fights his brother using his endless wealth that he aquired through sizing swedish means of production and selling them to an investor from Greenland. He currently manageing all his operations from his villa in Abborrträsk.

• Maroondepariah the Bad

  Maroondepariah is the manifestation of being a villian. Even though he is a racist towards entirety of pandish race he manipulates Frank, to achive his own goals. He is also supporting Leopold in his pursue against Steve. He is also an ice cream cone with a gun.
